The Hreyfill Taxi app offers a convenient solution for booking taxis in the Reykjavik and Reykjanes area. By simply downloading the app on your Smartphone, you can avoid lengthy telephone queues and easily request a taxi. The app utilizes your phone's GPS to locate your current position, ensuring accurate pick-up and drop-off locations. However, it is important to grant the app access to your phone's location and filesystem in order to fully utilize its features, such as saving your configuration, messages, and trip information. Additionally, users with an account can associate a username with their account number, allowing for seamless booking of trips.

Please note that the app's functionality is limited to the specified areas of Reykjavik and Reykjanes. It is designed to streamline the taxi booking process, providing a more efficient and convenient experience for users. By eliminating the need for phone calls and waiting on hold, the app allows you to quickly request a taxi with just a few taps on your Smartphone. However, it is essential to ensure that the app has access to your phone's location and filesystem, as this will enable it to accurately locate you and save important information related to your trips.

For users who have an account with Hreyfill Taxi, the app offers the option to associate a username with their account number. This feature simplifies the booking process, allowing users to easily request a taxi using their chosen username. By linking the username to the account number, the app ensures a seamless experience for account holders, making it even more convenient to book trips through the Hreyfill Taxi app.
