Regain is an online therapy platform that provides relationship support to individuals and couples. The platform offers licensed, trained, and accredited therapists who specialize in relationship therapy. Users can complete a short survey to be matched with a therapist who best fits their needs. The therapists on Regain have at least 3 years and 1,000 hours of hands-on experience and have been qualified and certified by their state professional board.

Users can communicate with their therapist through a secure and private “therapy room” where they can message their therapist at any time, from any internet-connected device. They can also schedule live sessions with their therapist or use the secure messenger. The ongoing dialogue between the user and their therapist is the foundation of their work together.

The cost of therapy through Regain ranges from $60 to $90 per week (billed every 4 weeks) but may be higher based on location, preferences, and therapist availability. Unlike traditional in-office therapy, which can cost over $150 for a single session, Regain membership includes unlimited text, video, audio messaging, and weekly live sessions. The subscription is billed and renewed every 4 weeks and includes both the use of the secured site and the counseling service itself. Users can cancel their membership at any time for any reason.

Overall, Regain provides a convenient, discreet, and affordable way for individuals and couples to access professional help for their relationship problems. The platform offers personalized support from licensed therapists who are highly experienced in providing relationship therapy. Users can communicate with their therapist through a secure and private “therapy room” and schedule live sessions or use the secure messenger. The cost of therapy through Regain is significantly lower than traditional in-office therapy and includes unlimited messaging and weekly live sessions.
