Deseret Bookshelf serves as a comprehensive digital platform offering members of the Church access to an extensive collection of religious literature and audio content. This application provides the most extensive library of electronic books and spoken word materials specifically curated for Latter-day Saints. New users receive immediate access to eight complimentary digital publications, with the opportunity to explore more than two hundred additional titles at no cost. The platform enables customers to buy specific eBooks, conference addresses, and audio recordings according to their preferences. Alternatively, subscribers can enroll in the Deseret Bookshelf PLUS+ membership program, which unlocks unlimited entry to the complete audiobook collection along with thousands of electronic books and presentations. The application encompasses the complete collection of Standard Works, all curriculum materials used in Church instruction, and addresses delivered during General Conference. Electronic publications feature interactive scriptural cross-references that connect directly to the Standard Works, enabling readers to investigate theological connections seamlessly throughout their personal digital collection.

Deseret Bookshelf provides readers with the ability to access their entire digital collection directly on any device, enabling them to enjoy literature and audio content regardless of location. The application supports multi-tab functionality, allowing individuals to maintain several books open simultaneously for convenient cross-referencing during research or study activities. This feature ensures that readers can switch between titles without interrupting their progress or misplacing their last position. Additionally, the platform offers session preservation, so users may conclude their reading and later resume exactly where they stopped.

The application offers additional functionality through Quote Vault, which delivers inspirational quotations directly to users who choose to enable this service. Additionally, members can design personalized visual quotes using passages from their preferred works and distribute these creations among loved ones. The digital marketplace provides access to more than three thousand religious electronic publications and over one thousand audio recordings. A comprehensive selection of ecclesiastical materials can be downloaded at no charge, encompassing educational resources and scholarly references. Subscribers to Deseret Bookshelf PLUS+ gain complete access to the entire collection of Deseret Book audio productions alongside over two thousand five hundred electronic volumes and recorded addresses.
