Review

Barcode Scanner is the fastest barcode and QR code scanner. Instantly scan products to compare prices, read reviews, and find the best deals. Your pocket shopping assistant for quick product information anywhere.

This application functions as a scanning utility capable of decoding various barcode formats found on retail items, in addition to Data Matrix and QR Code symbols that may embed website links, personal contact details, and miscellaneous information. Users should be aware that development of this application has ceased on the Google Play platform, and no additional versions will be distributed.

The application enables users to distribute contacts, applications, and web bookmarks through QR Code technology. To utilize this functionality, the program must be granted access to the device's contact information. Should scanning difficulties arise, users may attempt resolving potential system issues by accessing the device configuration menu. The recommended approach involves activating all available options first, then deactivating each individually to identify which specific setting is causing the interference. If these measures prove ineffective, performing a cache and settings reset through the Android configuration panel may provide a resolution.

Users should be aware that this application has remained completely ad-free since its inception and will continue to maintain this policy indefinitely. The appearance of advertisements on a user's device is typically caused by external malicious software that simultaneously makes baseless allegations about this application being bundled with ad-supported components.
